System Usage Instructions

ThermoForm (Boil-n-Bite) System

1.

Boil a pot of water and then submerge your bleaching tray into it for 5 to 15  seconds. You will see the tray begin to wilt.  NOTE -  Keeping the trays submerged too long will cause it to shrink.
 

2.

Shake off the excess water to prevent burning yourself and place the tray into your mouth. Press it against the front of your teeth with your fingers and the back of your teeth with your tongue. Let it cool and your tray is now perfectly molded to your teeth. NOTE - You will only need to conduct the Thermoforming (Boil-n-Bite) procedure once for each tray, not each time you conduct your whitening session.
 

3.

Squeeze a small amount of whitening gel into the front of your tray. You don't need to over-fill it.
 

4.

Place tray over your teeth for 1-3 hours.  Repeat this process for both upper and lower teeth once per day until teeth have reached desired shade of white.
 

Professional Custom Tray System

1. 

Clean and dry hands before beginning.  Remove one catalyst paste and one base paste and mix the two together by rolling and kneading in your hand for approximately 45 seconds until well blended into one color.  The material will begin to harden if mixed for more than 1 minute.   
 

2. 

Roll out the material the width of the tray.  Press the material and shape into the tray.
 

3. 

Take the loaded tray and place over the upper teeth.  Teeth should be centered in the impression material.  Press firmly and with your fingers so you can feel the material flow over your teeth and gums.  Do not bite down!  Just hold in place with your fingers.  The impression material will extrude through the holes on the tray.  Keep the impression in place for one minute, and then remove and rinse in cold water.  The total amount of time to make your impressions is only 1 minute each.

Repeat the above steps for your lower teeth.
 

5. 

Please do not remove impressions from trays!  Just place them in the self-addressed, postage paid envelope to our lab.  Custom fit trays will be received within 7-10 days.
 

6.
